🗓️ Returns
We accept returns for eligible, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at EverettJuneCo@gmail.com. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping info.
Note: Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
✨ Exceptions – Custom & Personalized Items
Because each engraved item is made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom or personalized products
- Engraved designs or names
- Special orders or event-specific pieces
However, we will happily replace or refund custom items if:
- We made a mistake in engraving (spelling, design mismatch)
- The item arrives damaged or defective
🔁 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if production has not begun. Once engraving has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note: Refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
🚚 Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or there was an error on our part.
🖋️ Design Accuracy
All custom engraving details are copied exactly as submitted during checkout. Please double-check spellings, capitalization, and punctuation — we aren’t responsible for customer input errors.
📸 Images & Promotions
We may photograph finished items for use in our shop, social media, or promotions — especially if it’s a design we’re proud of! If you’d prefer your piece not be featured, just let us know at checkout.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
